David Rosenboom will present a full concert of original works as composer-pianist on the series Experimentación Lontano at the Center for Experiments at Teatro Colón in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The program will survey several decades of Rosenboom's compositions for piano, interactive algorithmic/electronic systems interfaced with piano and Disklavier, works incorporating systematic improvisation, and more.

This is part of CETC's annual concert cycle for piano alone, this year exploring the work of composers who play their own music for piano with occasional additions of other instruments. Rosenboom will present a program surveying his works over several decades for piano with the addition of interactive pieces including Yamaha Disklavier, computer/electronics and scores incorporating structured improvisation.
